Bella & I Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns Policy

The following terms form an integral part of the Bella & I Terms and Conditions of Sale. By
placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the policies stated below.
1. Shipping & Delivery
1.1 All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Arab Emirates.
1.2 Bella & I partners exclusively with Aramex for the shipment of all orders.
1.3 Delivery Timeframes:
UAE: Tracked delivery within 12 business days. Delivery is free of charge.
KSA: Tracked delivery within 35 business days at 25 SAR, or complimentary for
orders exceeding 250 SAR.
International: Complimentary shipping for orders valued above 500 AED.
1.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bella & I shall
not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address
details.
2. VAT & Duties
2.1 For orders delivered within the UAE and KSA, all VAT and duties are fully covered by
Bella & I.
 
2.2 For all other international destinations, customers are liable for any applicable VAT,
customs duties, or import taxes determined by the receiving countrys regulations.
2.3 Bella & I is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or additional charges imposed
by local authorities.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1 Customers may request order cancellation prior to shipment by contacting Bella & I
directly.
3.2 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed under
any circumstances.
3.3 Bella & I reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock
unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of cosmetic products, Bella & I does not
accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:
Receipt of an incorrect item, or
Receipt of a damaged product upon delivery.
4.2 To qualify for a replacement under Section 4.1, all returned items must meet the
following conditions:
4.2.1 Items must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in the same condition as
originally delivered.
4.2.2 Items must be returned in their complete original packaging, including all
product labels, seals, and any complimentary or promotional items.
4.2.3 The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of
purchase.
 
4.3 Bella & I reserves the right to deny any return that does not fully comply with the
conditions outlined above.
5. Reporting Issues
5.1 Customers must report any incorrect or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
5.2 Reports submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for replacement.

6. Amendments
